Delivery and returns

Every order placed is important to us. We want our customers to feel fully supported throughout their entire experience with Sueno. It's a small way we can say thank you for your order.

Sueno offers a premium two-man delivery service with every order at no extra charge (UK mainland only†).

†To maintain our stringent service levels a small delivery charge may apply to remote areas.

Our delivery days

Deliveries are typically completed Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In all cases, delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehand.

Delivery timelines

The delivery estimates quoted on this site are not guaranteed but can be used as reasonable expectation on when you should receive your order. We will do our utmost to meet our quoted timescales. Please note that delivery estimates differ according to product range and delivery location.

Headboards, ottoman bases, divan bases & mattresses

Orders are scheduled and sent out for delivery directly after completion with an estimated delivery lead-time of 3 - 4 weeks. That's order receipt, manufacture & free delivery in a week.


Our handmade beds can take between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the selected model and delivery postcode.

Delivery to remote areas

We offer free delivery to all standard mainland UK areas with an estimated lead-time quoted above. Delivery to remote areas of the United Kingdom will incur an additional delivery charge, with delivery in 6 to 8 weeks. Any variance on our estimated delivery turnaround will be discussed at the time of ordering.

Considering access

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home.

It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider the route our delivery team will take to get it there.

If you have any tight corners, narrow staircases and doorways or any other access related concerns, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01924 456 330.

Receiving your order

Your order will be scheduled for delivery once we have confirmed your order with you. You may, even at this early stage, be given a delivery date and 4-hour slot at order confirmation.

Nevertheless, you will be contacted by a member of our Sleep Team to discuss a delivery day and 4-hour slot that suits our delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area and your availability to receive the order.

Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the furniture.

Delivery checks

We are sticklers for quality. Every piece of furniture sent out undergoes a rigorous quality assessment and is also re-checked against your order specifications.

Damage or inaccuracies are infrequent but can happen, so we ask that you check your products over after our Sleep Team have unwrapped and assembled your handmade items. You will be asked to confirm and sign that you have taken receipt of products in excellent condition and according to your specification.

If you're not 100% happy when you inspect them, let our delivery team know or contact us so that we can immediately rectify the issue for you.

International delivery

We are commited to ensure the best possible service level for our local customers. At this point in time, we have not found a suitable logisitics partner that can offer that same level of service abroad.

For this reason we are unable to deliver orders to the Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and further abroad. We are grateful for the international interest we receive and would welcome any orders from abroad but only if the customer organises and arranges collection from our warhouse (Ex-works).

  1. Order Acknowledgement

    A member of the sales team will call you within 24 hours* of receiving your order. The purpose is to confirm order details, discuss access with you and to determine an appropriate date you would like to receive your order. Your order will be scheduled for production following this call.

  2. Delivery Confirmation

    A member of our logistics team will contact you directly to arrange a date and time for delivery. We will offer you a 4-hour delivery window. Once confirmed your order will be scheduled for delivery and picking and packing can take place. Delivery confirmation may be provided with order acknowledgement.

  3. Before Delivery

    Your two-man delivery team will call you 30 minutes to an hour before your order arrives.

  4. Delivery & Assembly

    Your two-man delivery team will deliver your new furniture to your room of choice. They will have the expertise & tools to help you unpack and assemble your furniture professionally. We'll go the extra mile at no additional charge.

Check access

There is nothing worse than looking forward to your delivery only to find that your delivered items don't fit in or around your home.

We ask you to reconsider any twisty passages, low doorways and ceilings and dog-leg stairs. Please make sure hallways, stairs, and bedrooms are free of furniture and personal effects (clothes, shoes etc.)

If the delivery team cannot deliver your items safely to your requested room, we can either leave the furniture at a place convenient for you or we will take it away (fees may apply).
