From the moment you click ‘buy’ on the Sueno website, your dream bed will begin its process from being just that – ‘a dream’ – and start its journey to becoming a ‘real life’ bed that will soon have pride of place in your bedroom. This is the time when you get to sit back and relax, while the Sueno bed-makers get busy crafting your vision. Exciting times!

Delivery Times

For customers who live in central areas such as London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester (and many other smaller towns and villages in mainland UK) this stage takes just 5-7 days. That’s from the moment you place your order on the Sueno website to the time we deliver it to your room of choice.

We think you’ll agree that when you take into consideration the fact all our beds are made to order (we hold no stock), that delivery time is even more exceptional.

For customers who live in less easy-to-get-to areas, the delivery time will be a little longer. We aim to deliver within two to three weeks to postcodes such as DT, BH, and SY and there will be an additional charge of £40.

And if you’re lucky enough to live in a lovely remote part of the country where bed-laden lorries might find it hard to get to, don’t worry, the Sueno team will still get to you! The process takes about two to three weeks, and costs £60. This is for postcodes such as BT, KW and EX.

We make these charges so that we can still provide our extremely stringent delivery process. For instance, when the Sueno delivery team knocks on your door to deliver your brand new bed, they won’t just leave it on your doorstep for you to heave in on your own. If you’d like them to, they will bring it in for you, take it to your room of choice, and even assemble it for you quickly and with expert ease.

Then it’s yours to admire, dress as you please, and lie back on at the end of a long day. And all you’ve had to do is make a few style choices, click a few buttons, and press ‘buy’.

At Sueno, once you’ve ordered your bed, we want to keep you informed as much as possible. We won’t bombard you with information, but we will make sure you’re in the loop on things you need to know about. We’ll contact you to arrange a delivery time that works for you, and when we’re on the road, we’ll ring you when we’re an hour away from making your delivery. We know everyone hates having to wait in for deliveries, so that’s why we give you a call to let you know we’re on our way.
