We have just put the extra mattress on my sons bed and he was at home on Tuesday night so everything has now been tested. Both my son and daughter are very pleased with their beds and mattresses, also the bed heads. All the items are excellent, perfect in every way and well made. I have never had such a pleasant and helpful personal service when buying on line. The lads who delivered the bed and mattresses did a great job getting them in and putting the bed together . Dear Sueno.co.uk I’m always quick to pull people to task when I get poor service so I thought I would leave you some feedback. I was apprehensive about ordering online through a company I hadn’t heard of so I telephoned to see if anyone would answer(!) and to ask about lead times and delivery. My enquiry was dealt with quickly, in a friendly manner and with an added bonus of a check to ensure I knew exactly the type of mattress I was wanting to buy and what it was/wasn’t suitable for. Still feeling a bit cynical, I chose to order online (figuring PayPal was a safe option) and my order was confirmed by telephone and email almost immediately. Delivery was as described (advance notice of am/pm slot and a call before arrival) by being both efficient and friendly. Thank you for surpassing my expectations and for wholeheartedly proving me wrong! I have already recommended your company and have no doubt that if I need another mattress or bed in the future, I shall be knocking on your online door.

This mattress is the same as one sold in a well known curtain and bed store but at a substantially lower price. I ordered this on-line and was contacted by Johnny at Sueno to ask why I had chosen this mattress (it was for my son and he had tried it in the well-known shop). The reason for the call was to ensure that the right type of mattress was being ordered - excellent service I feel. The mattress was delivered within 5 days but unfortunately the delivery company had damaged the mattress. A replacement was arranged by Johnny without any fuss and this was delivered very quickly. I would definitely recommend this product as would my son (aged 9) who thinks it is great.

I had already got this mattress in a small double size and was very happy with it, so when I needed to purchase another mattress for a different room, this was my first choice. It is slightly softer than previous orthopaedic mattresses I have owned, which is why I chose it, but it still gives good support and I think its very good value. I've had my small double a couple of years now and no sign of sagging etc. Service from Sueno excellent - I think it was only a matter of a couple of days before I received a call saying my mattress was ready to be delivered! -

We actually sent an email of thanks within 48 hours of our mattress arriving. We had not experienced the level of personal service that we received in a very long time. It is very rare these days! Attention was paid to make sure the mattress was the correct one for our needs and we were promptly informed of our orders progress and delivery arrangements. Your chosen delivery company were absolutely superb, we cannot praise them enough. Competent, courteous and thoughtful especially as the weather was terrible on the day of delivery. To make matters worse we live in a semi rual area with restricted access. Copious quantities of mud, heavy sleet and rain were overcome so that our mattress remained protected and clean. This was no easy job as it was a Super King size. All rubbish disappeared also! What more could we wish for. Thank you to all concerned, you certainly deserve all the above praise -

I bought the 4'6" version of this mattress and find that its very comfortable. As someone with a back problem I'm very particular about mattresses and had tried this out in a store where it was reduced from £500+ to just £349, to then find it on sale here for just £189.99 was amazing! It feels to me a firm mattress with a soft upper layer. I've had it a week now and I'm blissfully happy and would recommend it to anyone and in fact my sister bought one too! -

Was very happy with the service received from Sueno. Bed was available within a couple of weeks. Delivery turned up when it said it would. A problem with one half of the Divan but Sueno promptly sent a replacement and collected the problem one so was pleased with how it was resolved. Bed is very comfortable, although it is quite a firm mattress so took a bit of getting used to after a very soft mattress! -

received my visage super king bed yesterday and i must say what a good nights sleep i had it took me 3 hours to put the bed together but i was on my own (they recommend 2 people) the whole process from ordering to completion took just less than 3 weeks very good communication throughout , nice people to do business with. i will definately recommend this company and would use them again -
