I had already got this mattress in a small double size and was very happy with it, so when I needed to purchase another mattress for a different room, this was my first choice. It is slightly softer than previous orthopaedic mattresses I have owned, which is why I chose it, but it still gives good support and I think its very good value. I've had my small double a couple of years now and no sign of sagging etc.

We actually sent an email of thanks within 48 hours of our mattress arriving. We had not experienced the level of personal service that we received in a very long time. It is very rare these days! Attention was paid to make sure the mattress was the correct one for our needs and we were promptly informed of our orders progress and delivery arrangements.
Your chosen delivery company were absolutely superb, we cannot praise them enough. Competent, courteous and thoughtful especially as the weather was terrible on the day of delivery. To make matters worse we live in a semi rual area with restricted access. Copious quantities of mud, heavy sleet and rain were overcome so that our mattress remained protected and clean. This was no easy job as it was a Super King size. All rubbish disappeared also! What more could we wish for.

I bought the 4'6" version of this mattress and find that its very comfortable. As someone with a back problem I'm very particular about mattresses and had tried this out in a store where it was reduced from £500+ to just £349, to then find it on sale here for just £189.99 was amazing! It feels to me a firm mattress with a soft upper layer. I've had it a week now and I'm blissfully happy and would recommend it to anyone and in fact my sister bought one too! - chezza
Was very happy with the service received from Sueno. Bed was available within a couple of weeks. Delivery turned up when it said it would. A problem with one half of the Divan but Sueno promptly sent a replacement and collected the problem one so was pleased with how it was resolved.
Bed is very comfortable, although it is quite a firm mattress so took a bit of getting used to after a very soft mattress! - JG
received my visage super king bed yesterday and i must say what a good nights sleep i had it took me 3 hours to put the bed together but i was on my own (they recommend 2 people) the whole process from ordering to completion took just less than 3 weeks very good communication throughout , nice people to do business with. i will definately recommend this company and would use them again - Aidan, London
