I ordered two of these mattresses on 5th April 2010 (Easter Monday) at about 5pm. Ten minutes later (DON'T FORGET THIS IS A BANK HOLIDAY) I received a telephone call from the company , just making sure that I had ordered a mattress that I had tried and not just ordered them because of the price; (I already have one of these mattresses at home, so knew what they were like) On Sueno's site the mattresses were £129.99, whereas I previously paid £240. I was told that these mattresses were not mass produced, as sometimes mattresses don't store well, and would be specifically ordered for me the following day. (very impressed by this statement). On the evening of Friday 9th April, I got a call saying they were ready for delivery and would I be happy to have them delivered the next morning. I said YES PLEASE!, and was told that the delivery might be early, before 9am. That was fine, I certainly wasn't going to complain. They arrived at 7.30am and were just as expected. I have never had such excellent customer service and would most definitely recommend Sueno to anyone. When I need another mattress or bed, I will come to this site. Bought the 3' single Silk 1000 mattress by Healthopaedic. Delivery coordination excellent, price represented a 46% discount over local shop INCLUDING delivery charge. The mattress is well made, firm but very comfortable and does not require turning, ideal for the more elderly user. Very satisfied customer. (Posted on 25/04/2011)

Amazing Mattress Review by DB

My daughter bought a Silk 1000 mattress from **********about a month ago and paid £350 for it. I found the same mattress on Sueno.co.uk for £189!!!!!!!!!!!
My daughter was of course pretty upset. The salesman at ********** told us that the mattress was HALF PRICE, when infact Sueno told us they usually retail for £350. I have actually bought two mattresses identical to my daughtrers from Sueno, one for myself and one for my son.
I had a bit of a panic when I read the reviews about delivery, but we had no problems atall, the matresses were delivered when they said they would be.
I would highly recommend Sueno to anyone who wants a great mattress and great customer service.
