Recently sourced & purchased a Silk 1000 healthopeadic mattress from Sueno for my daughter, having previously bought the same mattress for our own bed from a local retailer at a much increased price. Excellent service, second to none, from calls to check order, advise when delivery expected and give 1 hours notice of arrival. delivered upstairs to bedroom too! I bought the double and the single of this mattress. They are very reasonably priced and extremely comfortable. The service given by Sueno is excellent and exactly how all internet purchases should be. They telephoned to discuss delivery and to check all went well once they had been delivered. My one minor gripe was that we were promised two phone calls prior to the date of arrival, one a week before and one the day before to confirm delivery date and then firm up on the time, in the end we had to make those phone calls to find out what was happening.
Once the date and times were agreed however the mattress came when it was supposed to and has proved to be excellent.
When buying over the net you don't have a face to face relationship with a person in a shop, so you are even more relient on having good communications and confidence that was is being promised will occur. So improve on those communication issues and the rating will go from B- to A+.

We'd found the mattress that we liked in a well known store but didn't fancy paying there prices. On an internet search we came across Sueno, the mattress we'd tried was on line at about 1/2 the shops cost, so i ordered it.

On ordering it (at about 2am) the page to enter my payment details wouldn't load, so i gave up. At about 9am that morning i was called by Sueno !! (I shouldn't moan but it wasn't good to be woken up after finishing the night shift at 7am) they explained that there was something on there site that wasn't working with everyones payments but he'd take it over the phone or i could try online again, which i did. I received a call on the bank hols after xmas to confirm my order and to try and get my matress asap, and it arrived as promised, although who ever was the delivery company didn't seem impressed they'd have to climb 3 flights of stairs!

A very good experiance, fast and at a good price, i'd certainly recommend it.

Oh and the mattress comfy but it definately keeps you warm!! (Posted on 19/04/2011)
