All mattresses are put into production immediately on reciept of order for immediate delivery along with a selection of our bed frames. All mattresses are delivered within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the order.With a large selection of our bed frames being made to order we will normally deliver to you within 28 working days. Once your order has been placed an approximate delivery date will be confirmed to you along with your order confirmation. In the majority of instances your goods will be delivered by a specialist delivery company who operate on our behalf.they offer a two man service where the goods are delivered to the room of choice.
All orders under £499.00 will incur a delivery charge of £30.00 which will be payable in full at the time of placing the order. Any orders over will be free of charge.
One of our reprsentitives will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date but due to the large volume of deliveries in your area on any given date it is impossible to guarantee an exact delivery time. It is possible to give you an am -pm slot and arrange for the driver to call you approximately one hour before your delivery . Deliveries are normally made Monday - Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm. Please help to ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible by advising of any difficult access points or parking / delivery restrictions.
Our Logistics representatives will assist with taking the item to the appropriate room please ensure that you prepare for your delivery by ensuring that there is adequate access to the relevant room. Please note that we are unable to remove old beds and mattresses for health and safety reasons. All items are self assembly unless otherwise stated.

Please note: We are able to deliver to the UK mainland only, on request we are able to deliver to Ireland, Channel Islands and rest of the world.
Please note that if you order a next day delivery bed or mattress it will be delivered by a one man carrier service to your door. The option to have your order delivered to the room of your choice is not available on this service.
